I've noticed that George Micheal and Maybee call Lucille, their grandmother: Gangee.

I never heard of this before, where does it come from.

its just another word for grandma obviously, but they don't call her grandma. they do call George Sr. grandpa, sometimes, i know George Michael has at least once. anyways they usually call him pop pop anyways so....

you know what i never got. in my mother the car. Lucille hits Michael on the head with the silver tea/coffee pot thingy, and says, clumsy Clara. i guess it must be her middle name. they've never mentioned it ever before though. maybe that's why i was wondering. whatever, doesn't mean much anyway.

That's just an alliterative phrase along the lines of Slick Rick.

That's just an alliterative phrase along the lines of Slick Rick rhyming, but being used for anyone who's slick, not just a Rick.

Is is my imagination or does it sound a bit too close to "gangrene" for comfort? A disease which makes you lose a limb...which Buster has to a "loose seal"...as in Lucille...yes, I am quite mad.

it might, but it seems a bit abstract.
