I don't get this. Can someone explain it? He listens to the recorded dialogue and, according to the narrator, notices something distinct about the way he speaks. Then he says, "Oh, Tobias. You blow hard!"
Now, I guess I could see him saying "You blow hard" as literally saying that he performs fellatio. But why does he say this and what does he notice about how he speaks? He seems to be amused with whatever he thinks of his manner of speaking.
