Every Sunday, a new topic for a different episode (always in order) will be put up to discuss, tell our likes and, if any, our dislikes. While posting within the week is more pleasing, feel free to jump in at any time.

This topic will be devoted to discussing Bringing Up Buster. Anybody who wants to add there two cents is welcome.

Michael spends quality time with Buster. George Michael auditions for a school play to get closer to Maeby. Gob breaks up with his girlfriend and has nowhere to go.

Bringing Up Buster has to be one of the funniest eps of the entire series, imo. Just thinking of Buster going off on his mother with all those longbleeps, and the looks of shockon everbodies faces still makes me laugh whenever I think about it or watch it.

Agreed, the Buster rant along with the Fire sale have to be the two funniest moments of the show in my opinion.

This was a great episode!!! Unfortunately it's been awhile since I've seen it...

(Note to self: get the dvd's!!)

I love the cornballer jokes. And Tobias as the director of Maeby's play is great! And, of course, this is where we meet STEVE HOLT! :-)

This is definately one of my favorite episodes. Actually, I think this is the first episode I saw, and coincidently the one that pulled me in to the show.

I like the way Buster is always giving backrubs as a way of connecting with people or cheering them up.

I've got to say it's not my favorite episode.
You gotta love the Buster rant I'll admit that but other than that Buster is my least favorite character on the show... well, until the hook thing - that gave him an edge.
The episode does however introduce a lot of great stuff Steven Holt for example.
The Cornballer is a classic and this is probably my favorite quote.

Maeby: I'm surprised you tried out for this.
George Michael: Yeah, I just love the theater.
Maeby: That's great. I'm just doing it to kiss Steve Holt.
George Michael: Actually I think I'm going to quit. Yeah. Theater's dead.
Maeby: ... But he's always going to be at football practice so I'm going to have to kiss the stand-in.
George Michael: But no. No. I love the theater, and I gave my word so I'm back in.

This is a classic, no doubt. The cornballer, Buster's love hate releationship with Lucille, STEVE HOLT, and Buster's constant napping, all classics.

Lucille: All of you over here, laughing and riding and cornholing.

"This is gonna be the mostb i t c h i nfast bike in all of Orange County!" I loved this one. And let's not forget "Buster, can ya do that in the break room buddy?"-"Mom told me to stay away from the microwave."
