The gang starts yelling for a speech, only no one was supposed to, so they kept yelling for one. Finally, Michael made a nice toast to all the couples in the room, which changed all of their perspectives on their relationships.
Lindsay wants a divorce. Michael tells her to think about Maeby and Lindsay agrees to a trial separation with Tobias. That means George Michael and Maeby are forced to split up rooms, which angers George Michael. Tobias, meanwhile, has surprisingly gotten an audition from acting coach Carl Weathers, who is taking time away from Buster and Lucille 2.
Buster calls Michael and decides it's time to move out of mom's house. However, when he finds Carl Weathers at the door, he thinks Lucille 2 is cheating, and Lucille 2 says he needs some time before he can move in. Buster is left homeless, and goes to the model home. Lucille, however, is loving her time alone in the apartment.
Gob thinks Marta is cheating on him with some mysterious man named "Hermano" (hermano means "brother" in spanish). Michael, knowing little of the language, decides to follow Marta around and apparently finds hermano, twice, in the stage manager of Marta's soap opera and his brother. Marta talks to Michael and agrees to have dinner with him. Buster walks in and discovers the most beautiful woman he's ever seen, Marta.
Marta and Michael go on their dinner date, and Michael, thinking Marta is cheating on Gob, makes Marta think that she and Michael can never be. Michael asked Marta's son to tell him about hermano, and thinking it was his own brother, said hermano was sleeping in the next room. After Marta leaves, Michael finds out the meaning of the word hermano, and a tuxedo Marta had bought for him.
