Arrested Development

George Michael Bluth was off for spring break, and is enjoying spending time with his Uncle Gob, who's teaching him some bad magic tricks. Michael walks in and Gob tells him he needs the family yacht. You see, last year, Gob was performing on a Youth Oriented Music Channel's Spring Break show and vowed to make a yacht disappear at the next spring break.

At work, Michael continues to be frustrated by his incompetent assistant Kitty. At home, Lindsay asks if their grandma has sent them any mail, since she usually sends a check for Maeby's birthday. The two go to their Nana's to get the money. However, it takes them an hour to realize that the woman living at Nana's old house isn't Nana.

Kitty returns to work from sick leave with breast implants. She decided to get them when, a year ago, the Girls with Low Self Esteem video series turned their cameras away when Kitty flashed them. Michael fires Kitty after she asks for another day off for spring break. Michael angers George when he hears of this, because he tells him Kitty is crazy, and could let out secrets that will further tarnish the family's reputation.

Tobias had recently been sold to stay in White Power Bill's jail cell by George Sr. for a pack of cigarettes. George Sr. confides in Michael that he had been counseling Bill, and that he should've stayed a psychiatrist. Actually, Tobias had made a video titled "Families with Low Self Esteem". It sold quite well, but only because it was placed next to the "Girls with Low Self Esteem Videos". When the mistake was realized, all but ten copies of the video were returned. Tobias counseled White Power Bill so well, that Bill ended up killing himself, making Tobias a hero among prisoners, and was given the nickname "Dorothy", for he had killed the Wicked Witch.

Lindsay visits her mom, determined to find out where Nana is. Lucille insists that Nana's on a "wonderful" cruise. Nana has been dead six months. Lucille feared if anyone found this out, they would scramble for Nana's inheritance. Gob and George Michael were hanging out with college girls on the yacht, and Michael interrupts the show before Gob can finish his next trick.

Over dinner, Michael asks Kitty to return. The two start arguing about whether or not she was actually fired and Kitty leaves after giving the crowd a moment they won't soon forget. Michael gives his son something useful to do during spring break, and makes him the new assistant. George Sr. makes a call asking someone to make some books on the family's yacht disappear. Lindsay and Maeby dropped by and told Michael about Nana. While they talk, Maeby tells George Michael to find out how Gob is going to pull off his trick.

George Sr. is told he must see "Dorothy". He is disappointed when he finds that it is his son-in-law. Tobias desperately looks for George Sr's respect. They end up in a one-sided hug, with Tobias' comforting voice singing "Somewhere Over the Rainbow".

At the beach, Gob begins his show amid much fanfare and theatrics. The yacht, much to everyones' surprise, actually disappears. However. he blew up the yacht to do so. Lucille uses this as an opportunity to make an excuse, proclaims that Gob killed Nana when he blew up the yacht. But Lindsay had gone to the bank, where she learned that Nana died already.

Michael asked Maeby where George Michael is, and Maeby says he was on the boat. However, after realizing Gob's lifewasn't as good as he hoped, George Michael left the yacht. Aware of his wrongdoings, Michael fired his son and let him have a spring break.

Lupe makes a startling discovery, and Michael finds himself in the middle of the search for a missing Kitty.
