Slade: You're not going to last an hour out there.
Oliver: Well, I guess you better hope I get back in 45 minutes, then.
Diggle: And what would you have done if you were wrong, and I decided to make a call to Detective Lance?
Oliver: I would have put an arrow in you.
Diggle: Ha! Really--really--you really would have done that, really?
Oliver: It's not how I typically get my information.
Felicity: How do you typically do it?
Oliver: I find the person. And then I put the fear of God into them until they talk. But we can try your way.
Quentin: You got something against banks?
Roy: Well, it is hard to run with one under your arm.
Quentin: Well, maybe you'll learn a few new skills in prison.
Moira: If our plan works, I can't let it damn Walter to Hell.
Frank: No. That's the fate that's in store for us, I'm afraid.
Felicity: Speaking which, have you given any thought to what might happen if this doesn't work and the Dodger absconds with your family jewels? (Oliver stares) I'm sorry, that came out very wrong.
Dodger: Why are you doing this? I'm exactly like you. I only steal from the rich.
Oliver: I'm not Robin Hood.
Roy: You know, you showed some real sack coming down here. The Glades in the middle of the night.
Thea: You must not know the value of a vintage purse.
Colin Donnell is credited but doesn't appear.
Injoke: In the comics, Roy Harper is the first Speedy, Green Arrow's red-clad sidekick. He eventually learned how to use any object as weapon and took on the name Arsenal.
In the pre-52 comics, Dodger is a Cockney thief who uses stolen technology to take on heroes and commit robberies. The second female Speedy became romantically involved with him.
Injoke: Norris Cemetery, where Roy's father is supposedly buried, is named after comic book artist Paul Norris. Norris drew the first appearance of Aquaman in More Fun Comics #73 (1941), which also featured the debut of Green Arrow.
Injoke: The fence, Carl Derenick, is named after DC Comics artist Tom Derenick.
