  • I've got a thing for dead people coming back - juices up my zombie fetish.

This was a glamorous episode in which quite a bit happened. I'm very much back on the Lance bandwagon - I love Sara, she is superb, and Laurel is a completely hilarious trainwreck at the moment, and it's fun to watch.

But I absolutely adore Felicity, and this was the best of Felicity today. She really delivered in a big way, and it was superb to watch!

I loved Robert Knepper in as the Clock Maker - the storyline was done very well and it was an intriguing hour.

The conclusion of the episode was SO AMAZING - cannot wait for the fallout and Oliver's reaction!moreless
  • Black Canary ARRRGGHH

Can't stand the characters Black Canary and Laurel triangle with Oliver its boring and insipid the rest of the episode was good with guy from prison break . At least Slade turned up at the end !
  • Laurel

Didn't think I'd ever be part of the "kill Laurel off already!" club.... I really loved the actress as Ruby on Supernatural..... but this whiney, spoiled, manipulative, bitch isn't even loyal. She's boring, and its time to get rid of her!! PLEASE!!!!
  • Loved the way Felicity tried to compete with Sara

Good episode, loved the way Felicity tried to compete with Sara. The Lance family were just painful to watch, Laurels such a brat and her sister is just annoying.
  • Get her involved....

Laurel (Katie Cassidy) was amazing in this episode. We need to see more of her integrated within the story line. She has created a great character, has a great talent now do something new with her.

Trivia, Notes, Quotes and Allusions

  • TRIVIA (2)

    • When Arrow pulls up to the bus, he goes halfway past it. There is a shot of Black Canary taking on the robbers, and then the scene cuts back to Arrow, who is in back of the bus again.

    • When the episode premiered, the end credits were from that week's Star-Crossed episode.

  • QUOTES (3)

    • Tockman: Remember what I told you. Timing... is everything.

    • Roy: Wait, do you two know each other?
      Sara: Uh, no, we don't.
Sin: Right. I just love when people come back from the dead, you know? Juices my zombie fetish.

    • Sara: I am the new bartender.
      Oliver: Uh-huh.
Sara: I bartended in college and, uh, well, it's kind of hard to get a job when international assassin is the highlight on your resume.

  • NOTES (4)

    • The Clock King
The Clock King first appeared in World's Finest Comics #111 and was created by France Herron and Lee Elias. William Tockman discovered he had six months to live and went on a crime spree to finance his ailing sister's treatment. He discovered he wasn't dying and  became a regular supervillain with a clock motif. The character was reincarnated in Batman: The Animated Series as Tempus Fugate, and also appeared in the 1960s Batman series played by Walter Slezak.

    • Injoke: The bus has a poster for a Blue Devil movie on the side. In the comics, Blue Devil is a reluctant superhero, a stuntman who has been transformed into an actual demon.

    • Injoke: Tockton has MacGregor's Syndrome, the same disease that Alfred has in the 1997 movie Batman & Robin.
