The second sentence makes no sense ("So far, the only investors they have been able to sustain are the evidence in question."). The rest of the article is about Edward Rasmus and the Moores bringing suit at him: a recycled article from the preceding episode that has nothing to do with the Unidac massacre.

When Oliver visits Merlyn Global, he says that his appointment is at 11:30. However, the digital clock on Tommy's desk says 5:35

When Oliver asks Felicity about the download, she says that there's "at least a teraflop of data to go through." Data is measured in bytes, not flops. Flops (floating point operations) is a measurement of computing power, not data volume. The correct term would be a "terabyte," not "teraflop."

Trivia: Felicity's middle name is Megan.

When Arrow shoots Jason in his office, he pins his left hand to the wall. However, later when he's shown on television being taken away, the bandage is on his right hand.

While Oliver is standing on a table at his nightclub party, he lifts a shot of tequila to his lips with his right hand. But when the angle shifts, he brings the glass down in his left hand. The angle shifts again, and the glass is back in his right hand.

When Oliver and Tommy are parked outside the closed Queen Industries factory, the reflection of the building in the car window still shows the sign as reading "Queen Industries" instead of a reversed reflection, as it should be.
