A woman at Oliver's club dies of Vertigo and Oliver confirms that The Count is apparently not responsible. However, when The Count escapes, Oliver sets out to bring him in and finds out who is really responsible for the drug distribution. Meanwhile, Quentin gets a lead that takes him to Tommy as the suspected distributor, and Tommy has to take extreme measures to prove his innocence. Meanwhile, on the island, Oliver continues his studies with Slade and Shado.

Oliver: How we doing?
Tommy: We're in the black, and the green.
Oliver: I like how we've gone from throwing money at clubs to catching it. Oh look at these. What sort of business has a lost and found that's just filled with women's underwear.
Tommy: The best business ever?
Slade: Who taught you how to fight?
Shado: My father wanted a son.
Slade: He got one.
The Count: Looks like I'm the last one standing. Sitting. Spinning. Something to do. What was I going to do? Memory not what it once was. Nothing what it once was. Is there a name on the gravestone? No. It's new. And clean. And waiting.
Quentin: Guess I owe your boyfriend an apology.
Laurel: He has a name, you know.
Quentin: Yeah, I just can't bring myself to use it. Baby steps.
Willa Holland and Susanna Thompson are credited but don't appear.

In the comics, ARGUS is the Advanced Research Group Uniting Super-Humans, an organization created after The New 52 with Steve Trevor initially in command. Since there are no superhumans in the TV series, Marc Guggenheim said in an interview that it would now stand for Advanced Research Group United Support.
