The librarian, Ms. Turner, makes her first appearance of the season in "Prunella Packs it In." She has changed her hair color from brown to blonde.
Francine reads the title card for "Buenas Noches, Vicita." It's a new one in which Vicita is shown getting into bed. Binky reads the title card for "Prunella Packs it In." It's the one where Prunella stands behind a crystal ball and states "I predict that you will shortly see..." before the title is read.
Postcards from You: In a postcard courtesy of UNICEF, Jorefin from Finland shows people going about morning exercise routines. Then, a postcard from Edmunds Academy in Des Moines, Iowa shows kids doing painting and crafting.
Prunella's last name is revealed to be Deegan in "Prunella Packs it In."
Muffy: Daddy, tell Prunella that painting is just a hobby and would never in a million years get you into Ivy University.
Mr. Crosswire: I wouldn't know. I never went to college.
Prunella: (in dream sequence) No more! I can't carry it all!
Marina: What about volunteer work? If you're going to run around doing things you don't like, you might as well be helping someone.
Prunella: That's a great idea.
Prunella: How to speak useful Czech. That sounds... useful. Now all I have to do is get my Mom to sign me up. This is going to be great.
Marina: You're only nine. You don't have to worry about college yet.
Prunella: Easy for you to say. You get straight A's.
Muffy: When you really care about stuff, Prunella, you just find the time.
Prunella: There's a single exam that gets you into college?
Muffy: If there is, Daddy must have gotten an A-plus. He went to Ivy University and that's the best college there is.
Brain: The college exam isn't graded with a letter, Muffy. They're graded with numbers.
Muffy: Oh. Then I guess he got a million.
Vicita: Now eat this, so Jaguar Man will teach you the ways of the jaguar and you'll never have to worry about being teased again.
Vaica: I don't even really like mangos. Do you have any magic papayas?
Raulito: Eat the mango!
D.W.: (in dream sequence) Vicita, come and have a mango. This place is kid heaven! No one ever sleeps here.
Vicita: No. I need the sleeping mango tree. I have to get there before Vaica falls and hurts himself.
Buster: (in dreamy, hypnotic voice) You're getting sleepy. Very sleepy.
Vicita: (matter-of-factly) No, I'm not.
Buster: You aren't? (yawns) I am. Would you mind if I lay down?
Arthur: There's one thing that never fails to put Buster to sleep --- homework.
