Yeah, it's almost as if her character were designed that way or something.

Um... well I guess she was "designed." It is a cartoon after all

She's OK. Shes not bossy like her best bud Francine and at times she means well. I would like her chracter to be developed more as well.

She's worse than Francine. While Francine certainly has her flaws, she's developed well in the 12 seasons of the series. Muffy, meanwhile, pretty much stayed the same and I don't see them changing that any time soon. She's best used as cannon fodder. At least she doesn't have the ridiculous buck teeth anymore.

Muffy has developed in a similar way, albiet on a smaller and less visible level. With Francine, each episode about her practically screams "LOOK! FRANCINE IS ACTUALLY GOOD DEEP DOWN!" at you and tries to cram that fact down your throat, whereas it's much more subtle with Muffy. Muffy may have a worse record on the show than Francine, but I think she is a more interesting character.

Dude, she hasn't had them since 1997. But I do agree with you. Then again, I kind of see her buck teeth as one of the signs that I'm watching an old, good, classic episode of Arthur.

Has there ever been any more mention of her becoming a talkshow host?

I like her in some episodes, but there are others where she acts like a spoiled-brat. That's just my opinion.

    I'm glad they were removed.

Of all the mixed emotions we've shared about her one here, I agree that she is somewhat snobbish and annoying at times, but I'm sure that she has a good heart deep down and is actually pretty funny in her own way.

Well, there is one thing I can thank her for. The word "Vomitrocious" (perfect word to describe something so horrid & disgraceful like The Simpsons currently are).

I found it entertaining in "The Great MacGrady" when it was revealed that she actually does not know how to do dishes without a dishwasher.
