To my knowledge it hasn't been banned, though I haven't watched Arthur in a really long time. i think it would be a terrible idea for them to ban the episode because its so educational to see how inappropriate language trickles down to even the youngest of kids now.

It's an ok episode but it focuses more on the bleep part than on the words. Still a pretty good episode though.

But... although all the episodes are TV-Y, this almost got a TV-Y7 due to massive depictions of bleeped out swear words.
Source? Also, why are American TV networks so sensitive? In Canada, this episode is normally aired on a regular basis with a C rating. It's meant to teach children not to abuse swear words not the opposite.

I don't think that this episode has been pulled. Seems kind of weird for them to do a thing like that. I mean I've seen the episode on three or four times.

This episode is still airing. I saw it last time a couple months ago. I think the reason is that there's a lot of episodes, so that's kinda why it hasn't aired for a while.
