EDIT
Fixing a Hole/What Is It?/Replacing a 14-inch Rough-in Toilet
AIRED:
Tom shows Kevin how to repair different size holes in drywall. Richard helps homeowner Kent Portney replace a large 1920s wall-mounted toilet with a new model designed to fit the existing flange. Richard creates the spacer to go under the toilet using DuPont Corian solid surfacing. After gluing two sheets together and planing the material to the correct height, he creates a template of the footprint of the toilet and cuts the shape using a router with a carbide bit. In the Ask This Old House loft, Tom, Richard, Roger and Kevin examine an unfamiliar object and try to guess how it is used.moreless
