As it turns out, 23 year-old Naoya has a 10 year-old daughter named Asuha, who comes to live with him in the Realm of Monsters. Asuha goes to school with Astarotte, where she makes many friends, like Mist, Yuna, and Lucca. She also helps Astarotte make friends, and she is affectionately called "Lotte."
