Atomic Betty: Why did they get rid of Paloma?

Why did they write Paloma out of the show? Did they decide after season two, thecharacter just didnot work for them, or was simply once Betty discovered who she really was and what powers she had, it would make the good guys too powerful? Either way I hope she returns in the Redux series. I like her better than that girl they replaced her with. Nothing against Regenna and no reason she and Paloma can't coexcist, but Paloma just amore interesting character.

Also thought Paloma was a more close friend and confident to Noah than Regenna, and could be a good person to find out about Noah's crush on Betty, and be his confident and adviser in what to do.

Maybe Paloma had to leave Earth once the protection was no longer needed.

I say the writers were too lazy to provide a very good backstory or a good plot story centered around Paloma so they just got rid of her.

I'm guessing it's either because she was too much for Atomic Cartoon's budget, or they were just too lazy to give her any character development like the other characters on the show, and just throw her off the show. Other than that, I have no idea why they got rid of her.
