This was a very good episode, it was one of those one's I've been waiting for in the show. The only really bad things about this episode were I thought that both Bolin and Assami at the beginning of the episode were completely out of character. It's hard for me to swallow that both of them wouldn't support Mako like any good brother or girlfriend would, and sell their trust out completely to someone they barely know. Let alone their reason for why they wouldn't which is bogus, for Assami she didn't visit because she felt it was her father all over again, and Bolin was just braging about his career and defending Verick. In the words of Biff Tannen "Hello anyone home, think McFly think!" honestly how the hell could Bolin and Assami not be able to put two and two together, you'd think at this point Assami would think something was wrong and Bolin would drop his career and help his brother.

Also didn't like the fact the characters still relied on Verrick's help even after the arrest; it's just after what he did and was trying to do I wouldn't trust this guy with anything. I know that Team Avatar needed help but their was a better way to do it, why didn't they ask Zuko's decendent (forgot his name) and Saka's decendant/s (still want to know who his kids are) for help. The fact this didn't happen I felt was a lost opportunity.

Granted thought this episode does redeem itself mainly because of what Bolin does around the second to third half of the episode. As Elvis said in the movie "Bubba Ho Tep", "One of the things I've always wanted to be was a And that was what Bolin truly desired to be, the whole fame thing was only what he thought he wanted but that wasn't really enough for him. I really liked the battle at the Probending arena. It was such a great moment because we saw Bolin not just kicking butt but the fact that he was in that arena and using it's equipment and enviorment once more, it was that feeling that he was back home and doing what he was ment to do. And as he was fighting the movie was playing which also portrayed him in battle, I felt it was a transition for Bolin because in the movie he was playing a fictional hero, and now in reality he has became what he truly wanted to be his own hero.

And of course he triumphs and it's a great moment because you really feel he deserves the phrase. On a sidenote he does get kissed by Ginger, which was nice nothing really great I still don't want those two together. Despite a victory, the war is far from over but at least Boilin is back and he is playing the role he was ment to play a hero.moreless
  • Bogus Relationships

This episode was really all over the place, bringing all the on-going storylines together. Playing the amnesia card to get Korra and Mako back together was a really low thing to do, and I really hope it backfires because relationships shouldn't be based on things like that (especially since it hurt Asami - again - feebas that woman needs to realize she doesn't need a man, hopefully this'll do it for her). Same goes for Bolin and Ginger. He'll get smarter than a rock. I hope. What really bugged me was how much they relied on Verrick even after arresting him. It wasn't even comedic at that point.moreless

Man I was so glad to see that Bolin's "back", doing some awesome Bolin-stuff! :)

It was about time that Bolin did something of worth this season. For the first time ever I was able to look at this character as an actual bender and a vital part of 'Team Avatar' instead of this poorly injected, overly used long-standing joke. Great episode.

Nice episode on why do Men cheat. I just want the men to know the importance of forgiving them selves and remarrying their wives if they are remaining in the relationships.
