There are two different shots at the graduation: 1 - the boys (in black) and girls (in pink) are mixed in the audience. no parents section. This was mainly used for the upfront shot from the speaker's perspective. 2 - the boys (in black) are seated at the front as one group, followed by the girls (in pink), followed by the friends and family (in mixed colors). This was a sideways pan shot.

The graduation song, Aogeba no Toutoshi, (in the Japanese version) had some of the cast and crew of the show singing it because of the lack of male voice actors. The series supervisor Ichiro Okouchi is one of the people singing.

Everyone: Graduation song The graduation song "Aogeba no Toutoshi" is one of two common graduating songs sung by the Japanese, the other being "Hotaru No Hikari". The words to it are "Aogeba Toutoshi waga shi no on; Oshie no niwa ni mo haya ikutose; Omoeba ito toshi kono toshitsuki; Ima koso wakareme iza saraba" A translation is: "We look up to the invaluable boon our mentors have bestowed upon us; It has already been many years in this garden of learning; Looking back, how quickly these months and years have passed; Now, it is time to part, to say farewell".
