In Petunia The Piggy Bank, why didn't the babies just use each of their quarters to get the 75 cent ice cream treat the ice cream man presented to them? Answer: They're just babies! They don't really know how to add math let alone understand the concept of splitting quarters amongst themselves. On top of that, Daffy was the only character revealed to have had any money at the time of the ice cream man's special treat unveiling and besides, Granny did say they had to use their OWN money, not someone else's money, to buy the stuff they wanted.
