The evidence collected against the Centauri is presented to the alliance council, and a boycott against them is issued. The Centauri react by receding from the alliance and making it clear that they will circumvent the blockade by force.

All the evidence about the attacks comes out. I feel bad for Londo, being in the dark about what his government's doing, not approving, but still having to be the mouthpiece and representative of them. I like that G'Kar won't testify, and I like that he'll still be Londo's bodyguard, but that doesn't mean he'll stop teasing him. And Londo sticks up for G'Kar on Cantauri prime, and they end up being prison buddies. I love the relationship between those two. I wish Zack hadn't let Garibaldi's drinking slide, because as soon as I heard Sheridan say he had a plan that relied on him relaying information as fast as possible, I knew that was gonna bite him in the ass, and it did.moreless

And All My Dreams, Torn Asunder was a perfect and very entertaining episode of Babylon 5. This is one of my favorite episodes of this season as The Council of the Alliance finds out the Centauri are behind the attacks on their shipping lines, Londo is in the dark, and Sheridan gives one of the best speaches ever about war. There was so much intrigue and drama as well as character and plot development. I thought it was funny how the Centauri Home World Representative kept denying Londo's request to see the Reagent, and he was also short with Vir. Londo solidified his friendship with G'Kar in this episode which was awesome. This episode really sets things off and I can't wait to watch the next episode!!!!!!!moreless

    • G'kar: Good bye Delenn. Delenn: G'kar, have I ever told you that you are one of the finest writers that I have ever met? And that it has been an honor to work beside you on the alliance? G'kar: Not in words, but the thing about losing one eye is that makes you look deeply into the eyes of another. I found in yours all the thanks I will ever require in this life or in any other.

    • Sheridan: What does the candle represent? Delenn: Life. Sheridan: Whose life? Delenn: All life, every life. We're all born as molecules in the hearts of a billion stars, molecules that do not understand politics, policies and differences. In a billion years we, foolish molecules forget who we are and where we came from. Desperate acts of ego. We give ourselves names, fight over lines on maps. And pretend our light is better than everyone else's. The flame reminds us of the piece of those stars that live inside us. A spark that tells us: you should know better. The flame also reminds us that life is precious, as each flame is unique. When it goes out, it's gone forever. And there will never be another quite like it. So many candles will go out tonight. I wonder some days if we can see anything at all.

    • Londo: [describing G'Kar] I told you before: Where I go, he goes. And where he goes, I go.

    • Sheridan: That's enough. I said that's enough! Now, we gave you a promise. And we are bound by that promise. And damn you asking for it. And damn me for agreeing to it. And damn all of us to hell, because that is exactly where we are going. We talked about peace. You didn't want peace. We talked about co-operation. You didn't want co-operation. You want war. Is that it? You want a war? Well, you've got a war!

    • Franklin: He has diplomatic immunity. Brakiri: We are not diplomats.

    • Minister: My condolences. G'Kar: Thank you. It's a burden, but I've come to accept it.

    • Minister: Prime Minister, welcome back. I was hoping you returned home, got out of the line of fire. Londo: Thank you, but I rather there wasn't a line of fire. Minister: Is that why you brought ... it along, to hear our terms? Londo: No, he is still here as my bodyguard, that's all. Where I go, he goes.

    • Sheridan: Michael, this may be our only chance to avoid a shooting war. So it is why it is so important that you get the information to us as fast as you can so that we have time to get the White Stars into position. Garibaldi: You can rely on me, I'll get it done.

    • Zack: You seem awfully cranky, Michael. You've been taking your vitamins?

    • Zack: He says it's important. Garibaldi: Tell me when it is ever not important. All right, please, just tell me when it is ever not important. Go ahead, go ahead, take your time, I can wait. Oh, no, that's right, I can't wait because it's important.

    • Londo: In war these things happen. We are not at war. We do not strike first and we do not blow up cargo transports like pirates or barbarians.

    • Londo: If something like this were going on, I would know about it!

    • Sheridan: As of right now the Centauri Republic stands alone.

    • G'Kar: [to Londo] I was not pretending. I went to Centauri Prime as your guest, your protector and perhaps even as your conscience, but not as anyone's eyes and ears. So no, I will not be testifying before the council.
