I could go on and on and on answering this question

    Put it simply
    - Complex characters
    - Strong Performances by the actors (From Winters - to the extras!)
    - Accurately told
    - Not at all sugar-coated
    - Action, drama, Comedy

Much better than any world war two movie I've seen before.

    I liked it because:
-It followed a company rather than a platoon or squad,
    -It had humorous moments,
    -Very accurate,
-Lasted longer than the events of SPR,
    -Captain Speirs f***ing ROCKS!

I am a WWII historian and I started watching the show 2 months ago. And I gotta say that alot of the events in the show are correct some are not but the show is still good. I like band of brothers alot. My favorite WWII battel is OP Market Garden.

not enough good movies about it. movies always help me learn more about WW2, as long as they are about true things and very realistic. and we dont learn it much in school.

I like that there are interview segments with the real veterans of Easy Company on the show and I like how loyal the characters are to each other and how close they get. My American grandfather fought in Europe during WWII and he died a few years ago but when I watch this show I remember him and I remember that his service was honorable. He also met his wife during WWII; she was a Red Cross lady.

I like that it is based on a true story and show the friendships between the soldiers and what they went through.
