Dr. Greenbaum (about the body): This all you got?
McNeil: How many you want?
Sprague: What do you want me to do?
Banyon: For openers, you can go home.
McNeil: Why did you lie to me?
Banyon: Well, you were so scary. My memory just jumped out on me.
Jennings: Wanna dance with my wife?
Banyon: Some other time.
Jennings: Everybody likes Diane and Diane likes everybody.
Diane: Why not? I'm Mrs. Lee Jennings and everybody's nice to me.
Diane: Do you mind?
Banyon: Not if your husband doesn't?
Diane: Friend in trouble?
Banyon: All my friends are in trouble.
Banyon (about Sprague): He's sleeping like a baby.
Ruth: He always does.

Sprague: What?
Banyon: I need you.
Sprague: I love you too.
McNeil: This might come as a surprise to you, Banyon, but we still have laws in this country.

Banyon: You'll never know, Miss Revere.
