A Horse Walks Into a Bar

I enjoyed the show as I had been to this bar when visiting my daughter in Black Canyon City. However I have since learned that there were no lights installed in the parking lot and they definitely are needed. I also found out that no signs were posted on the I-17. You showed a couple on the signs on the show. What happened to them? You did a great job with the redecorating and straightning out the "drunk" owners. All of this can only help. Please get signs posted on the freeway like you promised.moreless

love the show but...

I was watching this episode, the chef mentioned that the food, in this case gumbo needed to be re-heated to 212? That is the boiling point of water, notr what foods that are cooked need to be re-heated to.

Per Serve Safe, that level is 165, and to hold safely, it is 135,

Get the facts boys if you are the experts as you say you are!moreless

Jon is a genius in the world of bars and nightclubs and he offers to show the world and many bars how he works. A lot of managers and owners of these bars and nightclubs are often jerks and idiots, so of course Jon has to yell at these guys. I often find myself shocked at how dirty some of these kitchens are, which makes me wonder if health inspectors even come to bars. I love how al the bars get transformed and given identities to make them unique.

This is one of Spikes best shows on TV, along with 1000 Ways to Diemoreless

I love your show. How do we go about getting help for our location. I have learned alot about what not to do. But as the manager I need my boss to understand what to do. I think he is ready for change to make this work. He purchased the ball park and bar with his exwife and now is in it by himself and really doesn't know any thing about this business. He is willing to change, as the manager I try to help but I don't know that much more about it then he does. I am willing to learn.moreless

I really like this show as he really tells them there stuff as most of then are a-- holes .

But one show about the bar named the Priates she was a real as- hole and she will never make it in this world . He did a great job and she just slap in in the face . Now she will get want she wants nothing . But I have to ask you there was a blonde guy behine the bar and I think he was a old friend that I have been looking for for years can you let me know is name and where he is you give him my name and e mail ? .

Mean while keep up the great work !! And if you need somebody to work for you I am the man as I need a job now !!! This is what I do as I am a small Maint. repair contractor for Restuarnts in NYC ..
