After the death of senior partner F.R. Monson at the firm Monson & Carlisle, his secretary Louise is accused of embezzlement by the other partner. Threatened with arrest Carlisle wants Louise to payback every cent. Louise undercovers a diabolical plot against herself and a business cover-up.
