I saw this episode in 78, when I was 9 years old.

I liked very much Barnaby suggestion to victim's daughter, to disguise herself like the mother to do a psycological pression to the killers, who then are not so sure, that Glory is dead, and easyly will do an error that will permit to Barnaby to catch them.

Barnaby Jones is typical detective who goes versus violent people never using violence, always using mind, experience and patience, not so far from Lt. Colombo, but with more style, almost a British style.

I like women disguising herself on the movie. Meg Foster is great. Her eyes, too.moreless
