Del Vecchio: Del Vecchio. Narcotics. (picks up Fish's pill bottle)
Fish: Fish. Diuretics. (grabs the bottle)
Del Vecchio: That's funny.
Fish: Not at three in the morning.
Barney: (talking about Fish) He's got a kidney stone. But he doesn't wanna go home. Says at a time like this he wants to be among friends.
Yemana: Sentimental fool.
Barney: How do you feel?
Fish: Fine, fine, fine. It's just a little stone from eating the wrong foods.
Barney: You'd better call Bernice. She was very worried.
Fish: I intend to. I believe in giving credit where credit is due.
Wojo: I thought you guys said you got 20 kilos of marijuana.
Chano: Yeah, that's it.
Wojo: There's eighteen now.
Barney: Eighteen? You sure?
Wojo: I just counted it.
Barney: Count it again.
Chano: You must have made a mistake, Wojo.
Wojo: I didn't make a mistake.
Yemana: Well, somebody did. Four pounds of marijuana can't disappear in a puff of smoke—not that fast.
This is the first of Ned Glass' two, unrelated appearances on Barney Miller. He can also be seen in season seven's "Field Associate."
The episode title is that of a line attributed to James Cagney from 1932's Taxi!, but that in actuality he never said.
