Baseball's Golden Age is a television series about the history of the game of baseball that airs on the Fox Sports Network. The series takes a walk into history and showcases never-before-seen footage from players, teams, families, and fan's personal archives. The series focuses primarily on early baseball from the 1920's to the 1960's and talks about the most popular and influential ball players of the time as well as some of the not so known. It talks about how World War II put a strain on the sport and how America swooped in and revived it when the war was over. The series addresses some of the longest running team rivalries like the New York Yankees and the Boston Red Sox. But most importantly, the series captures the essence of one of America's greatest past times. Produced by Flagstaff Films, thirteen half-hour episodes have been made so far and each one is narrated by actor Alec Baldwin.
