Thankfully this episode doesn't continue on from that lame flashback just an episode back, but at the same time it isn't really a major step up either from it. Episode started off strong, really strong. An immediate confrontation with Tenzen who, once again, gets killed. Of course by now we know that he really isn't dead, and the fact that the Koga ninjas are ignorant of this really adds some suspense. Though throughout the entire second half it was just a series of monologues with a bunch of different characters, most notably Oboro and Koshiro. That really dragged things down, badly.
