Cle Sloan through images and words challenges the notions of gangs, looks at how the gang culture has impacted the Black community in Los Angeles, and addresses how to stop the cycle of gang violence. What had roots in being "organizations" against racist attacks somehow morphed into the killings of Blacks by other Blacks. It just feeds into what the racist attacks were meant for in the first place, to drive out and destroy Blacks in Los Angeles. Instead of continuing the fight to better our conditions and ourselves, we have turned our back on that and turned on each other. Cle Sloan presents this in a no-holds barred presentation and hopefully some of the viewers who may watch it may understand that the gang culture has to change. Like Lil Monster says in the documentary, "gangbanging is not a lifestyle; it's a death style"moreless
