This is a very watchable episode (which Julie Newmar episode is not)but again I feel it lacks good interplay between Batman and Catwoman which is seen in the Movie and later episodes. Also, Catwoman shows a real meanstreak in deserting her henchmen and later knocking out one in order to keep the treasure to herself. On the plus side, we get to see some neat stuff in the Batcave, Batmobile, and in Batman's utility belt.
Batman first uses his utility belt to gain claws to scale the wall and away from the tiger. Knowing he can't hang there forever, he puts on his "Bat ear plugs" and then reverses the polarity of his Communicator making a piercing sound which subdues the tiger. Later, when in the Batcave trying to track down where Catwoman may have gone next, Batman walks over to the "Bat Research Shelf" to review "The History of Gotham City Volume 2." This helps him realize its the treasure she is after. Robin then remembers that Catwoman had been holding the radioactive cat statue and probably is still giving off a traceable reading. The Dynamic Duo check the Batmobile's "Bat-O-Meter" to trace the radioactivity. Next, the Batmobile runs through a minefield and its tires are deflated. Batman instructs Robin to use the "automatic tire inflator" to get them on the trail again.
An unusual ending as it appears Catwoman may had died falling into a bottomless pit.
Camp: Catwoman's use of the phrase TTFN (Ta Ta for Now) which predates cell phone texting by well over 30 years!
