Catwoman disrupts a beauty show but her real goal is the dress of Queen Bess of Bulgravia. Eartha Kitt is a rather convincing, suave Catwoman, although Julie Newmar is the beauty. She kidnaps Batgirl and puts her on a table heading for a saw. The plan: steal the dress at the Bulgravian embassy at the same time Batgirl meets the saw, leaving Batman to choose between the two. Batman tells Alfred goes undercover (as the oldest hippie in the world, no less) to save Batgirl while Batman and Robin go to the embassy to thwart Catwoman and prevent an international incident.
