    This is an okay episode. The Penguin was villain in this series who bugged me. Always quacking just irritating. The episode is kind of a dumb plot. Very boring. Not a great end to the bird of prey. ** A little bat fact the penguin did not make 20 apperances. He only made 19. Most people think he appeared in part two of the zodiac crimes \"The Joker\'s Hard Times.\" He did not just to let ya know..
