  • The 20 second fight which took place in the dark, only used five words: POW!, SOCK!, ZAP!, CRASH! and ZOWIE! And after it was all over, the only ones left standing was Batgirl, Batman and Robin, while the crooks laid on the floormoreless

this was the only show that the fight scene wasn't shown but was shot in darkness, used the sound effects from different shows and only five words. The show was built for invisibility, 3-d and 1-d, and for the first time that Batgirl has seen the batcave. This episode was also know as the disspearing acts and used the subjects reffering to illusionist, like abracadabra, and now you see it, now you don't, as Batman explained to Commissioner Gordon after he and Chief O'Hara was nabbed from making a call to the Dyamic Duo for the help. Sorry Mrs. Spellcraft, you and the duo's 5 arches (Joker, Riddler, King Tut, Penguin and Egghead) and the Trio's villainess (Catwoman), plus your man Cabala has just been beaten in twenty secondsmoreless

    • When Dr. Cassandra is initially handling the Alvino Ray Gun, she holds it backwards, but by the time she comes to use it on Batman, Robin and Batgirl she is using it the correct way!

      Edit
    • Catwoman is featured in this episode as she appeared played by Julie Newmar in the first two seasons rather than as Eartha Kitt from this third season.

      Edit
    • King Tut appears as one of the 'arch-villains' of Gotham City, even though in a previous (two weeks before) episode 'I'll Be A Mummy's Uncle' King Tut returned to his life as a professor of Egyptology after a blow to his head that completely reformed him. Edit
  • Notes

    ADD NOTES
    • This episode has the largest number of recognizable bat-villains than any other prior episode. Edit
    • This episode ran over-budget so the ending was re-written to place the bat-fight in darkness and save on expenses. Edit
    • The late G. David Schine (seen here as Himself [Floorwalker]) became infamous in the 1950s as an aide to disgraced, anti-Communist demagogue Sen. Joe McCarthy and his assistant Roy Cohn. Edit

    ADD QUOTES
    • (Robin looks at Batgirl) Robin: You know something, Batman? Batman: What's that, Robin? Robin: She looks very pretty when she's asleep. Batman: I thought you might eventually notice that. That single statement indicates to me the first oncoming thrust of manhood, old chum. Edit
    • Dr. Cassandra: You'd better watch out. I've got your number, Batman. Batgirl: What about *my* number, Dr. Cassandra? Dr. Cassandra: Other women's numbers don't interest me, Batgirl. Edit
