    this was an outstanding episode in that we see Terry overmatched again. the allusions and references to the "good old days" as another fan said were solid and were handled in a believable fashion. i think having the police commisioner and the DA married(no matter who the characters are) is awfully "convenient" but it actually works in favor of the episode and throughout the rest of the series.
