There is reason to believe that Batman Beyond or another series with Batman of the future could surface.

    1. There is a Justice League of the future which has been seen several times (The Call and The Once and Future Thing). Could this be made into an animated series? Only time will tell, but one thing's for sure, they'll have to come up with a few more villans.

    2. Static Shock's "Future Shock" where Static goes into the future and saves his future self. Here Terry actually knows of a future Static, so it can be led to believe that they met and there's a story to it, which also ties in with Static being part of the Justice League.

    3. Also, many things were left open-ended in Justice League Unlimited, especially regarding the future of Lex Luthor and Darkseid, as well as Brainiac. It would be interesting to see them make a series on the future Justice League with Batman, Warhawk, Superman, and the new Green Lantern as well as some other members. Also, the conclusion to the Hawkgirl and Green Lantern relationship.

    Just food for thought...

If it ever came back it would only be worthwhile if the original cast was involved, especially Will Freidle.

I don't see it being picked up. Its not a Fox Program. It would be unimaginable to hear the show with a different cast in the first place.

Why did the show get cancelled in the first place? It was an unbelievable idea for a show, I love it more now then I did when it first was aired. I cant understand why networks drop such unbelievable shows like this.

show didnt necessarily get "cancelled", but the contract just ran out and you know how network execs are always looking for the "next big thing"....if we're lucky, Timm and company will get to do some sort of continuation of this and other old series or spinoffs of some sort. here's hoping.......
