    Story One:

I felt that they portrayed the Harley and Ivy relationship wrong in this segment and stuck with it for the rest of the series. Ivy was acting as if she didn't need Harley and I feel they didn't interact with eachother well. In TAS episode Harley and Ivy they seem much more friendly with eachother and that relationship is the one I would want to see more of. Also, Ivy has never exactly been one for shopping sprees. It was as if they forgot the prionciples of her character. This story gets a score of 6.0

    Story Two:

This story was all wrong. Clayface was supposedly dead at this point from the previous episode Mudslide when his fading form and condition fell into the ocean and mixed with the chemicals. Then all of the sudden he's back. And worse, they had lost principles of Clayface's character like they had with Ivy's. Clayface is not some kind of common theif! He has never showed intrest in common pety robberies and all of the sudden he is hitting a mall! The only things I can say that I liked about this segment was what Harvey said to that little girl. I felt that was cute and showed another side to Harvey. And that it introduced Batgirl's new design which I prefer as opposed to the other design. This story gets a score of 5.2

    Story Three:

This story was terrible aswell. The Joker promises a countdown of victoms on New Years Eve. That is way to obvious of a scam and yet hudreds of citizens still show up at the plaza on New Years eve. Also, Robin is introduced without his origin which would lead to questions such as why is Dick Grayon so young in this episode? Also, Nobody would survive having a heavy bell fall on them at that height. This story gets a score of 5.1

Well I guess i lied. This will be my final christmas review of the year, hopefully. This is the pilot to batman gotham Knights and I must say it is a good episode. There is three different stories in this episode. Sometimes episodes like that can be good and others not but this was a good one. I really like the new drawings, but you see those in the superman episode world's finest. I thought that batgirl's new costume was pretty cool. The new design for clayface and poison ivy are alos cool. They didn't do much with harley Quinn though. Later...
  • the best thing to look forward to are the new drawings.

revamped!!! whoa! we get to see the new poison ivy& harley quin. quinn looks the same but Ivy looks a lot better, more suductive and pale skined, but it fits her. The story seems to be dumed down because it\'s more of a kids show now, the new bruce looks more cut and sharp and he has blue eyes. This story is very basic, the girls find a way to make bruce do watever they want, and it ends with the traditional good over evil.

second story starts off great but ends week, a bunch of kids team up and shoplift at a mall, there finally seen, but there is a surprise. We get to see batgirl for the first time, and she looks better then BTAS. Barbra is more teenagery

now and not as mature as she was on BTAS. Also Clayface makes his first aparence and he looks exactly the same, but its good to see him again.

the ending makes no sense if u seen the very first clayface 2 parter

Third story?......wow! the joker looks looney toon cartoony, the worst Joker drawing to date.

and robin looks yonger, we know who he is now but then we would of thought this was an episode from

the past, hink the joker drawing. the ending was way to predictable, worst of the three stories
  • Holiday mayhem insues as Harley and Ivy force Bruce Wayne into a shopping spree. While on a stakeout, Montoya and Bullock stop Clayface from shoplifting a local mall (with some help from Batgirl). Joker tries to get his fill of killing before beginning h

A wonderful way to start the new series with three fully developed stories. While each substory could be an episode unto itselt, after the first substory you long for a little more, and they deliver.

I really appreciate the more realistic fight scenes as well. Batman was shot in the arm and Robin couldn\'t escape a henchman three times his size.

Keep an ear out for the football game when "Altieri fades back," a nod to Kevin Altieri, director on Batman: TAS.
  • Three little holiday adventures

awesome! three stories for the price of one!(actually they're all free). it was a nice holiday special type of episode reminiscent of the "Chrismas with the Joker" episode from the TAS days. they took alot of liberties with the characters in this episode but let's give 'em a pass this time since like i said it had a holiday theme. harley's and ivy's shopping spree had me laughing from the word go. and it was a nice touch to see someone take Bruce for a ride (although we see it again in "knight time"). seeing Bats and Commisioner Gordon meet in that diner was so tight i nearly cried. it just showed the respect and admiration the two men have for each other. and for a huge comics fan like myself, that's special. these characters are like family, heck they ARE family.
