An excellent episode. The animation was great and the chase scenes between Batman and Roxy were very well coordinated. Roxy was simply a very love-able character and Charity James had the perfect voice for her character. It was nice to see Penguin getting interrogated by Batman again. Just a sort of inner pleasure for me. Also, it was kind of nice to see Batman working pretty much solo (aside from Batgirl's helping him behind the scenes) when he was going after Roxy. The last scene was definately the best part of the entire episode. Batman and Roxy having a battle of courage and Batman actually winning out on Roxy (even concidering he had a parachoot [sp? xD]). And lastly, the final few moments when the police are aproaching was the perfect closing for this episode. It's a shame Roxy wasn't used again in any other episodes (besides the short cameo in "Knight Time").moreless
