Tough decision making here. So many good ones!

I'll just do volume four for now because I've recently been watching episodes from that volume.

    - Mad Love

    - Over the Edge

    - Old Wounds

    - The Ultimate Thrill

    - Growing Pains

    - Beware the Creeper

    - Joker's Millions

(Close calls! I wanted to squeeze in "Judgment Day" and "Double Talk"!)

Yeah, I just started going through the entire DCAU last month, and finished season 1 last night, so that's the freshest in my mind

    Disc 1:

On Leather Wings--1st episode, gotta be on there.

Two-Face 1+2: Takes up room, but oh well, part 1 is in the top 5 of all the DCAU, and part 2 ain't far behind, imo.

Heart of Ice: Also amongst the show's best.

Beware the Gray Ghost: Adam West....

Joker's Favor: First Harley, plus you need a Joker on there.

Dreams in Darkness: Just finished with this, and it's pretty awesome, plus there's three Scarecrow's this season, so it makes sense to have one.

Technically you can fit 8 or 9 on a disc, and Vendetta and It's Never Too Late would be my follow-ups, in terms of getting a good mix of episodes in there, the former focussing on a cop (Bullock) and the latter being straight-up mob stuff, but Bullet for Bullock in season 3 would make up for the former, and Two-Face on this disc making up for the latter.

    Disc 1: On Leather Wings
Feat of Clay part 1 (But only because you can't have part 2 on its own! And yes, part 2 really is that good.)
    Feat of Clay part 2
    Joker's Favor
    Vendetta
    Fear of Victory
    Mad as a Hatter

Sorry Pretty Poison, Two-Face two-parter, It's Never Too Late, Heart of Ice and others...

    Disc 2:

    Perchance to Dream
    Almost Got 'Im
    Birds of a Feather
    I Am the Night
    The Man Who Killed Batman
    Mudslide
    Harley and Ivy

Sorry Robin's Reckoning part 1, If You're So Smart, Why Aren't You Rich?, Joker's Wild and others.

    Disc 3:

    House and Garden
    Harlequinade
    Catwalk
    Second Chance
    Harley's Holiday
    Make 'Em Laugh
    Batgirl Returns

Ouch. Sorry Shadow of the Bat two-parter, His Silicon Soul, Read My Lips, A Bullet for Bullock, Riddler's Reform, Deep Freeze and others...

    Disc 4:

    Holiday Knights
    Double Talk
    Growing Pains
    The Ultimate Thrill
    Over the Edge
    Mad Love
    Beware the Creeper

Sorry You Scratch My Back, Never Fear, Joker's Millions, Mean Seasons, Old Wounds and Judgment Day.

    OK Disc 2, seven episodes....

    Perchance to Dream

    The Laughing Fish

    Almost Got Im

    I Am The Night

    The Man Who Killed Batman

    The Mechanic

    Harley & Ivy

Sincere apologies to the following episodes especially: Cat Scratch Fever, cut for weak animation, Birds of a Feather, since there are so many great reformed villains episodes and The Mechanic is already a Penguin episode, and The Strange Secret of Bruce Wayne since it was more of a personal favorite than an essential episode.
