Which superhero is better Batman or Superman?

    My question is which superhero is better Batman or Superman? An interesting topic, for many people's opinions are different.

    Well, won't be a complete surprise I'd say Batman.
    Reasons why is because he has no powers at all yet he is determined to save every life even on the cost of his own.
    Superman is kinda like, the guy who can take anything,hit,punch,kick. He is Super, it's not too exciting in my opinion. But anyway, to prevent starting a flaming war
    I like Batman better.

    Personally, I like apples better.

    As for the original topic, I like Batman better. The brooding, determined man who uses his wits is more appealing to me, however, I like Sups very much as well. Bruce Timm & Paul Dini, etc. have done a good job of not making him a boy scout.

    There is no better hero as they both have their strengths and weakeness.I think Batman is a better manly because I can understand him better than I can Superman.I like how he can hang with big dogs like Supes and WW without any powers.

    I think the topic would be better if titled, who do you like better instead of who IS better because all superheroes are cool.

    Batman is cooler, Superman is practically indestructable while batman despite having no powers still kicks evil's ass

    you cant really compare them they are both good in their own ways you can compare something like DC and marvel (ofcourse DC is best!)

    Yeah I much prefer Batman, Superman's too preachy and gets annoying, is over powered etc. It'd be better to ask who's your fave superhero, or who's you fave member of a certain superhero group. The Superman/Batman card gets old fast, it leads to huge arugments, blah blah, you get my point, just be thankful this isn't Superman VS. Batman or things'd go crazy.

    Yeah I like powered superheros, but Supes is all about the American Way, I like superheroes with an edge, bt yeah Supes is cool, it depends whos writing him etc. He's cool when he shows up in Nightwing comics, but yeah it depends on the situation.

    Couldn't have said it better myself.
    Batman is waaaaay better than superman.
    In my opinion.

    Didn't they fight against each other once?
    Superman tries to be the best at everything.
    For example, there's this one episode where he races against Flash just to see who is the fastest.

    Oh and I like oranges better because they don't turn brown when you leave it for like 2 minutes.

    I like Superman but I'd have to say Batman. Just imagine dealing with Mark Hamill EVERY SINGLE BLOODY DAY without killing him.

    To be fair, the race was for charity. Yes, it would also be for bragging rights but it's not like they decided to race for no other reason.

    Well, I prefer Batman, he don´t have superpowers and figth against evil, Superman it´s very strong, can fly and everything that maybe make eassier the things but Superman figth even he´s from other planet and Batman figth for his parents, two super good reasons, the two are cool.
    Maybe the highiest(that´s rigth?) diference is that Bruce have a lot of money and actully Clark is "normal".

    I like Superman better, cause I can relate to him better.
    Okay so I don't have any super powers ( that you know of) but I am a Minority, and It is refreshing to see a fellow minority (not of the same group, I have no powers) making it big in the world. He plays the big man's game and does it well, especially if its the American big man's game.

    That and I kind of Sympathized with him when everyone turned against him after one mistake, enslaving the Human race.

    Batman, because

    1) He relies on stealth and fear, not superpowers
    2) He's got a much scarier Rogues Gallery
    3) His show is way darker
    4) His show has received 2 sequels
    5) He's got a variety of weapons
    6) He has a cooler voice

    ...And there's probably a gazillion other reasons.
