There's a continuity error in the fight between Temple Fugate and Batman. Batman's suit gets ripped across the chest, but every shot following that one fails to show any sign of the rip.
Temple Fugate: Fugate. Temple Fugate. I should think you remember the name by now, councilor. We've only been taking the same train every day for one year, seven months and thirteen days.
The Clock King: A pity, I don't know what to tell you Batman, except perhaps that the 9:15 is always six minutes early. (somersaults of the edge of the building and lands on top of a passing train)
The Clock King: I know you've got all kinds of gasmasks, so I'm putting you out of my misery by simply removing all the oxygen from the room.
Alfred: (Alfred crashed into a Taxi) I take it Taxi drivers are no longer required to obey traffic signals.

The first appearance and origin of the Clock King, whom has been radically changed from his comic book counterpart. The Clock King next appears in "Time Out of Joint".
The name "Temple Fugate" is a play on the Latin phrase "Tempus Fugit" which means 'time flies'.
Miyazaki's Castle of Cagliostro The scene in which Batman and Fugate have a fight atop a clock tower was an intentional allusion to Miyazaki's Castle of Cagliostro inserted by director Kevin Altieri.
