Batman: The Brave and the Bold

The teaser was excellent, the Faceless Hunter is introduced to continue the growing Starro invasion plotline which started in "Revenge of the Reach", this will lead to a two-parter mid season. This time it's the atlanteans who are at the mercy of the evil starfish aliens. And it ends on a cliffhanger with a "to be continued". Can't wait to see how it all's going to play out.



The Metal Men, now, this is the one I've been waiting for, and did it disappoint? Not in the slightest. The Metal Men were awesome, Platinum and Iron being my favorites, Chemo shows up again and is taken down by the group, but the main villains emerge known as the Gas Gang, some very obscure villains from the comics. They're so lame, especially in their "bodies" it's brilliant. And the action near the end when the Metal Men merge to make a super suit for Batman, is a joy to watch.



A few quibbles, I knew with the Gas Gang, we would get at least one helium voiced Batman, which was funny and used twice, and one fart joke, ugh I hate those. Also, what was up with the weird gag where Platinum wants Batman to sit on her face? Weird, indeed. Other than that this was pure entertainment from start to finish.

Wow, this was awesome! We got another To Be Continued in the opening with the Starros. I guess the starro plot is building up this season. The Faceless hunter was neat. I wonder what will happen next time they decide to continue the Starro plot? Anyways, the main plot was awesome. The Metal men were neat and so was the Gas Gang. Their pasts was neat and i loved The Gas Gang's constumes the professor made for them. Though there could have been some more fighting, it was still great. And Batman's voice when effected by the gas was funny lol.
