Batman: The Brave and the Bold Season 1 Episode 21

Opening was excellent, I know the outsiders in this series are not exactly popular among the fans, but I really like them, especially Katana, who is one of my favorite characters on the show. In the opening they fight Despero, how random. But it's a simulation, still it delivers great action and got me psyched for the main episode.





The main episode was, not as great as the opening. I like Jonah Hex, but the War World stuff was disappointing, again. Look, I actually think this is better than the War World episode in Justice League, but still it's not up to the average Brave and the Bold episode. The action in the War World, with Steppenwolf is pretty uninspired and dull. Same goes for the end fight with Mongul. I did love seeing Lashina, and the fight between the Furies and Batman and Jonah Hex was very well done and easily the best part. The fight between Batman and Hex was also cool. The ending was great as well. It's a decent episode with a great opening.
