    Yeah, this is news from the summer of 2010, if I recall correctly, and it's a mistake that James Tucker and crew have cleared up, the show is cancelled, but it will have a 3rd season, of which a few episodes are already finished, expect to see Superman, Wonder Woman, Metallo and others appearing in one or more of the final 13 episodes.

    It's my understanding that there would be no season 3. The final 13 were referring to the last 13 episodes of season 2, which would be 26 episodes long. It appears that they've made season 2 24 episodes long and carried two episodes over to season 3.
