Gorilla Boss: (to Vixen) Sure hate ta mess up that purty face, but I'll get over it!
Batman: A stint in the Gotham zoo would be a vacation compared to where you're going, Grodd.
Detective Chimp: Well, hello there. I don't believe we've had the pleasure. I'm Chimp. Detective Chimp. Vixen: B'wany, combine him with something, so we can escape. Detective Chimp: I'd rather he combine you and I, my dear. We'd make quite the couple, don't you think? (chuckles) Vixen: Charming, but moot. B'wany's powers don't work on humans. Batman: (notices a bee) Then use this. Detective Chimp: Combine my superior genetics with a bee? Are you mad, man? I vociferously protest! I... (B'wana Beast combines him with the bee) When I get back, I'm going to sting you.
B'wana Beast: (about Vixen) If you've hurt her, Grodd, I'll... Gorilla Grodd: Do what? Humankind is weak, brainless... (sniffs) ...and smelly. But you? You're just pathetic!
Spectre: Hmm, typical. My way is easier. Batman: But my way is just.
Spectre: Aren't you done toying with him yet, mortal? Batman: (knocks out Milo) Now I'm done toying with him.
B'wana Beast: A suit? I thought Killer Moth would be an actual moth. Bummer.
Detective Chimp: You saw through my disguise, Grodd. It would seem your delusional vision is 20/20 today.
Gorilla Grodd: Say "uncle," Batman! Batman: Make me, monkey! Gorilla Grodd: Monkey?!?

Title: Referencing the 1988 movie Gorillas in the Mist, a bio movie about the work of real-life naturalist Dian Fossey (Sigourney Weaver) and her work with mountain gorillas. Fossey devoted her life to studying primates in their natural setting, and protesting to the Rwandan government about illegal poaching. Her efforts apparently led to her murder in 1985.
Detective Chimp: Take your paws off me, you dirty ape! Referencing the classic line spoken by the astronaut Taylor (Charlton Heston) as he is captured by intelligent gorillas in the 1968 movie Planet of the Apes. The line was also used in the 2001 remake and has been referenced and parodied in a variety of media.
