  • Clever and fun episode with a nice spin to it, though at times they take it a bit too far regarding Batman's character.

I had no idea what this episode would be about, the opening teaser came, and it's Kamandi again with the Misfit, we saw them both in last week's episode, and it's pretty boring until a certain someone shows up and the punchline to this segment is very funny though, I mean, they're all dead now, right? Anyway, the villain who makes his appearance late in the teaser makes up for the boring parts of it. Then the intro kicks in, and it's awesome, you know what they're gonna go for this time around and it's a clever concept. An episode from the Joker's point of view, teaming up with other villains in order to take down, essentially, the real antagonist of the episode, Batman. This is a pretty fresh idea, though I feel they take it a bit too far, they cut to commercials when the villains are in danger and that's good and all, but they make Batman too much of a jerk, they show him recklessly shooting missiles all over the place, at one point, he's even about to kill Joker with his sword, the cops are as well, but Batman, I didn't really think he would go that far, clearly when at that point he had pretty much beaten Joker, or he thought he had.

Batman creates a sort of radar device that detects all crimes in the city, which more or less destroys any chance of villains acting out. The Weeper is the second major villain of the episode, they should've just gone with the Fisherman who appears at the beginning, I liked the Weeper, but he became a bit tiresome due to all the...well, weeping and nagging. There are moments of pure gold in the episode, such as Weeper witnessing the tragedy of a child giving up stealing candy due to Batman's new machine, the bat must be stopped darn it. There was a weird moment with a baby, which seemed to be actually a robot baby...I don't get it. But I really enjoyed this episode, it was funny and unique, and shows that even in it's third season, Batman The Brave and the Bold still delivers fun episodes.
