As much as I love STARBUCK ...if I was on the fleet, theres just no logical explanation for her showing up in a brand new ship (and somehow ALOT less depressed)...tottally unharmed

she'd be airlocked or in a changed faster than it ever happened to anyother Cylon

the only thing that has me thinking she's possiably NOT a Cylon is the fact that this is a TV show thats probably red herring us

I don't think she's the fifth cylon, but I would have thought she was one if I was in the fleet. You're right. There is no logical explanation right now.

I would have locked her up, immediately. She would be a little too valuable to throw out the airlock even if it's risky to keep her around.

    -------------------------

I'm 99% sure Kara is not a cylon....but if I was in the fleet (even if I was Lee or Adama) I'd have to lock her up, cuz there is just no other explanation ...remember Boomber , Cylons are a threat even if they don't conciously want to hurt you

I loved that bit , when Anders was trying to reassure her , and Kara told him if she found out he was a Cylon she'd kill him no questions asked....thats classic Starbuck for ya

No kidding. I would think the same thing...lock her up. I too enjoyed the exchange between her and Anders. Him trying to come to terms with being a Cylon and then having Starbuck tell him she would shoot in the head...priceless. Gues he won't be divulging that secret any time soon.

Yeah I agree, that was great. But yes, I don't think there's any way they should be faulted for not trusting Starbuck. You can tell the Adamas are dying to trust her, just take her at her word, but the President is the only voice of reason in their heads. I don't think Kara is actually going to take out the president, but that will be an interesting conversation! Anyway, I think the Admiral is going to have to fight very hard to keep his distance from Starbuck until more is revealed.

yeah Roslin is hardcore...and she doesn't really have that close a relationship with Kara

so she was kinda of a surrogate for me on STARBUCK...

but since I unlike the characters i know I'm in a tv show, I'm more sympathetic to STARBUCK

even if Starbucks story makes no sense....really the STARBUCK we know wouldn't believe this story and be the first to toss her out an airlock

I would have locked her up straight away, i would not put her out of the airlock because that way i would never find out what or who she was and how she came back alive and in the possesion of the same model yet brand new Viper!

I dont think she is a cylon, would be too obvious, possibly a God or something as we know from what Leoben said that she is special.

I loved the scene when Tigh was day dreaming and he shot Adama! the look on his face when he realised it was a dream was priceless! i feel for Tigh though, specially after killing his wife for helping the cylons, and then finding out he is infact a cylon! must be hard for the guy!

It depends what kind of reltionship I had with her. Like Lee, if I was as close to her as he was, then no -- I wouldnt just lock her up. And if I was the old man, despite the clean ship etc., I'd be hesitant.

I'd toss her in the brig for sure, but I wouldn't go so far as to throw her out the airlock. I'm not sure if I would listen to her, because it is all really strange and unexplained, but I would give her a chance to explain herself.

But didn't Roslin tell them to put her in the brig anyway? how come we never saw her in the brig once in the entire episode?

Do the Adama's ever do what Roslin asks of them?

Remember that Roslin pretty much set starbuck on the path that lead to all of this by asking her to go get the arrow of apallo, which then revealed more about starbuck and her "destiny".

Maybe she is half cylon, half human like Hera. Maybe that's why we've never really seen anything about her father and why her mother always knew she was "special". Just a wild thought.

Mayhaps...if so, then perhaps Tigh is her father. She certainly has several character traits that mirror his. Or maybe Admiral Adama is her father, if it turns out he is also a Cylon. After all, he said he always wanted a daughter (and seems to think of her as such).

If i was Lee i would punch her out an airlock. He saw her ship explode!!!! She also said just before blowing up "They are waiting for me" dont know what thats about

She has always had that special place in Bill's heart so he couldn't space her like many people want to.

She needs to be put in the same cell as 6, and see what goes from there. If she is in tune with the Final 5 it will either condemn Starbuck as a cylon or clear her.

Yeah - that was a bizarre thing to say - maybe they should've questioned that a little more...

But yeah - shoot her or suck her out of the airlock - he watched her die - do it again just to be sure.

To be fair she was being escorted by Military Police wherever she went...seriously after Bomber they'd be idiots not to

But again...there is NO logical explanation for her being alive other than she's a Cylon its irresponsiable to let her on the ship until its proven otherwise
