Some spectacular stunts are performed by a group of skydivers outside headquarters. Mitch, Cody, Jessie and J.D. look at them in amazement. When they have landed on the beach, Mitch goes down to greet an old military buddy named Ben Frazier. They catch up on each others lives and then Mitch meets Tracy McCabe again. Tracy is his old Commanders daughter. She has grown up know and since she joined the military, her relationship with her father has been strained. Jessie introduces herself to Ben and Tracy and asks them if they can teach her some of the stuff they can do in the air. The promise to do that. During a picnic on the beach, Mitch asks Tracy why she doesnt want to attend the ceremony of her dad accepting the Navy Cross. Tracy tells him that her father Commander McCabe always ran his home like it was his own platoon. So when Tracy left, she swore that she would never return. Mitch also tells Tracy about the time her father saved his life. Eight years earlier, Mitch was called upon active duty. He was sent to Kuwait, where they were supposed to bring home the staff from the American Embassy. But something went wrong and Mitch was shot. Commander McCabe saved his life. Mitch wouldnt be alive today if it wasnt for her father. But even Mitchs story couldnt change her mind. When Mitch, Tracy, Ben and Jessie go skydiving, they are forced to land in Pirates Cove when some people get into trouble. When Mitch finds out that Commander McCabe is having brain cancer and has only about six months left to live, he tells Tracy the shocking news. She then decides to meet her father once again. Meanwhile, Cody films a commercial together with a champion diver named Meghan. Everyone is amazed at how she is able to stay under water for so long without any breathing equipment. After the shooting is done, Cody gives Meghan a lift back home in the scarab. This angers Jared, the director of the commercial. He used to be Meghans boyfriend before they ended their relationship. He is convinced that he can win her back. On their way back, they get an emergency call from J.D. It turns out that Jessie is trapped inside a cave. She was frightened by an eel and swam into a wall which forced some rocks to start falling down trapping Jessie inside. Cody and J.D. cant reach her through the hole, but Meghan manages to swim inside the cave and get Jessie out. Later Meghan is shocked when she finds out that Jared is going to enter the same diving tournament as she is. He blacked out once when he trained alone. He would have died if it wasnt for a scuba diver who found him. After that Jared never dived again until now. Jared starts before Meghan and goes down to 165 feet. But on his way towards the surface he blacks out and is automatically disqualified. Meghan manages to go down to 175 feet, a new record. She resurfaces to the cheers of the crowd.moreless
