In the final episode of the first season, the lifeguards find themselves in a big load of trouble as an earthquake hits town. In my opinion, this was a great story for the ending of the season, and it makes me very glad to know that the show was renewed a year after they had officially ended it.

The episode was quite nerve wracking the entire time, first with Gina and Hobie, then with Craig and Cort, and fillers like Eddie and the pregnant woman were just as great. The ending was specially great, as the two lovers got engaged. But more on that in the next season, heh. I will, however, miss Gina and Craig in the next season.moreless
