Johnny meets one of his longtime Japanese fans, Ikuko, who is offended when Johnny says that she is like part of the family, since she always greets him when he is in Japan. In Japanese culture, celebrities are treated like idols: something to be admired and worshipped, but not touched. This means that fans can be obsessed and learn all there is to learn about their idol, bring them gifts, but they are not to interfere with their idol's life. When Johnny said that Ikuko was like a part of the family, it insinuated that she had crossed that line.
