GREAT news for all Beakmaniacs out there!!! This is as of March 3, 2006

"Just thought I'd let you know that the prognosis looks very promising for a return of Beakman's World to domestic syndication this fall. Fox has committed its 36 owned and operated stations to it, covering about 46% of the country, and more stations have bought it, adding up to something like 70% coverage so far. They just need to get to about 75-80% coverage, and they'll proceed, which looks highly likely. So this is good news!

    Mark Ritts - (a.k.a. "Lester")

My local Sunday Comins has a recurring Beakman & Jok strip and they said "Beakman was back, check your listings," but I haven't seen it yet.

It started here last month in Minneapolis (KMSP-9). I have every episode TiVo'd that they have aired at this point. I am having trouble identifying some of the episodes though, and I noticed that the episode list is not complete on TV.com. How can I help identify the episodes and add them to the episode/season list? (I have the titles, but don't kow where they fall as far as episode# or what season...)

And tone-master21 - you aren't really Mark Ritts... are you?

It's back!  I was one of the writers on the first 65, and it's fun to see it again.

Repeats are being run in chosen areas, but as far as doing new episodes, I don't see it. Paul Zaloom and Mark Ritts are both busy behind the scenes and Alanna Ubach has a very busy film career. Eliza Schneider is AWOL but the actress who played Phoebe recently appeared on "Ghost Whisperer."

Mark Ritts sent me a very nice letter through his website. He says Alanna's manager talked her out of doing the Beakman Second season to do Sister Act 2, believing it to be very good for her career and it has. He and Paul Zaloom do keep up with each other, but their work and schedules are extremely hectic.
