There are two songs in this episode: "What's That Smell?" and "Oh, What a World It Can Be." "What's That Smell" is Track 2 on the album "Songs from Bear in the Big Blue House." It has been heard in many past episodes, but this is the first time it is heard in the fourth season.
Skippy: (singing) It might seem different to you / But it's just as real / I feel sun on my face / I hear wind the tree / I know what a beautiful world it can be.
Tutter: You hear that, Bear? Your walk's the loudest 'cause you're so big. So big, Bear!
Bear: Yeah, I, uh, I always thought I had a nice, gentle walk.
Tutter: Aw, give it up, Skippy! We've uncovered your secret identity. Yeah!
Ojo: What are you? Like super squirrel, or something?
Pop: (regarding Skippy) Maybe he has super-radar like Otter Boy.
Pip: Oh, no, that's Captain Otter. Otter Boy has super crab-cracking strength.
Tutter: I could eat a whole wheel of Brie.
Bear: Being blind is what's called having a disability.
Ojo: Whoa! That's a really big word.
Skippy: See ya'! Ha. I love that one.
Bear: Treelo is bringing a friend of his over to visit, Skippy the squirrel. And everyone's excited to meet him. Come on.
The closing credits of this episode include the following note: "With special thanks to The American Council of the Blind for their generous participation.
When everyone's wondering what's playing at the theater, Ojo suggests Take the Bunny and Run, a Woodsy Allen film. This is a riff on the Woody Allen film titled Take the Money and Run.
